I have been logging on and off throughout the day for several days at ALL hours of the day trying to find someone online who can assist me and it seems no one is ever online. Is there one specific time or a certain bracket of time that I am most likely to find someone who is logged in who can help me?

I have have tried to follow the setup directions as closely as possible to get the program to work correctly, even going so far as to delete and restart all over following the step by step guidelines provided. I seem however to be missing something crucial to get it to work properly and I cannot figure out what. I finally have the set up done, made sure the accounts were linked and active. When I move the arrow from screen to screen I am able to move the respective characters. I set up spell "rotations". Manually typed in the names of my characters spells. If I send an invite it automatically accepts, but after that I can't seem to get the characters to respond to what are supposed to be in game prompts, such as the follow. I have to manually switch over and click on the main character and instruct to follow. I cannot get them to cast simultaneous spells, I have to click back and forth on the screens.
The active box IS clicked. Then when the mouse key is over the characters screenshot it will move that character and the name indicator IS green. But that is as far as I can seem to get.
I am sure it is something simple, but I cannot figure it out and feel like I am idiotic by posting such a minor problem as this on a forum.
