I occassionally play with my mom... she plays two characters (a paladin tank and DK DPS monster) and I multi-box 3 other characters (DPS and healers, mage, shaman, and priest). I enjoyed GCP so much that I talked her into purchasing a copy to for loading on her machine so she could easily play more than one character, too.

So, her computer has the GCP Addon (and is loaded when she plays the Pally and DK) as well as GCP executable running... and one of my characters is the group leader.

All works really, really well for a while. The HUD shows her paladin and DK as well as my characters... which is really nice so I can see when she pulls (with Exorcism) and when she Consecrates (to get the AoE agro under control), etc.

However, after a while of play, the HUD seems to get "stuck" and then shows a "fixed" spell no matter what spell the paladin or DK casts. The first time it was a Seal spell for the paladin. The next time we played, it was the "Drink" action.

To fix this, at first we both logged out and restarted everything. But then I found out that all I had to do was boot her characters from the group and then re-invite them. It fixed the HUD to properly reflect the spells she was actually casting. BUT... it wiped out our Greater Blessing spells and she'd have to reapply them all after getting re-invited. A little awkward and game reagent consuming.

Is there a way to reset the HUD without booting someone from the group? Or is this behavior a bug?

Thanks,

Nope... I haven't!

But I sure will the next time we play together. Thanks for the idea :)
