Edited:
I just figured out that the "key" getting stuck is the "Windows" key. Not sure why.
Now that I know, I'll see if I can figure out how to 'undo it' in game. Maybe it's my keyboard (Merc Z Gaming Keyboard).

Edit 2: It seems that double-tapping the Windows key returns all to normal. While a pain, it's acceptable. :)
/end Edit.

The issue is EVERY time (not some, every time) I play for more than 10 minutes, and I try set up spell rotations, edit "Keys" etc, eventually my key mappings get hosed, and rather than being able to type a "u", I hit the U key and some random system window pops up. Better example...I'll hit "4" and the 4th window will minimize etc etc.

Exiting GCP and restarting doesn't work. I have to exit everything, and Log Off Windows.

Note: This happened some when I first bought GCP, but is now MUCH worse that I'm running 4 or 5 accounts, rather than 2 like last week.

System:
Win 7 64-bit
Merc Z Keyboard
4 windows of WoW open.
GCP V2.0.0.15

Confirmed

Windows key is getting stuck. Only when I have the GCP control bar 'in front', and usually when I'm editing the keys on the mimic keyboard. Other times too.

Workaround:
Double tap the Windows Key.

Everything else is systems go! :)

Stuck keys

Hi

Glad you worked it out. Stuck keys are an issue with key broadcasting. It's due to the fact that we're "bending" windows logic somewhat (i.e. the key you press is not what windows sees once we've processed it).

We have posted a number of comments about this, but we obviously need these to be more prominent. The basic rule is that, should GCP be acting strangely, then a quick tap of the modifier keys will usually sort it.

The good news is that it gets much less frequent as you progress due to the fact that its caused by changing modes (which you do more frequently as your playing with configurations) - it doesn't happen in a boss fight!

Thanks

/agreed. I have yet to have any key sticking issues and such in-game.

It was obvious it was only during "Configuration". One thing that definitely helps, and maybe you mention it somewhere and I missed it, is that anytime one is monkeying around with Spells, Rotations, Key Setup, etc....the first thing to do is De-"Activate" GCP. This alleviates most of the issues I've seen while trying to modify things.
