I understand your frustration and think that we should perhaps make it more obvious but if you look at the Wiki there are a number of guides on how to get things going. There are documents there which cover the issues which you mention.

Perhaps more importantly, we are here to help, and pride ourselves in how we support people.

The initial setup is the hardest part. The problem is that GCP provides many features, and because of this it needs to know about your team, and how you intend to play it.

You do need to know certain things about multi-boxing to make is work for you. As long as you know the game, and how you want to play (with a team instead of a single character) you should be fine.

I'd be happy to help with any questions you have (including multi-boxing tactics - we support our users, not just the software). If this is not sufficient, then I could guide you step by step through an on-line interactive session. If this is the way you want to go, then just let me know when your on-line and available for about an hour, and I'll get you up and running.

I'd rather sort your problem if possible, but if you feel that all this is beyond you, then e-mail me the Paypal reference number and I'll send a refund by return.

You can always find posts by phil asking a user when they'll be on so he can chat and work them through their issues. even seen him throw out an update almost overnight to solve some issues people were having.

It's good to have a vote of confidence.

We're still working (Jeremy is doing some coding as we speak) to make GCP easier to use, but our problem is that people see videos on multi-boxing and think its an easy way to gain extra firepower, without recognizing how much thought and planning goes into making it look that easy.

I'll say again: Multiboxing makes certain things possible (i.e. soloing an instance) - it does not make it easier - just possible.
