Is there a way to get rid of the in-game overlays? Such as the blue and green bars. They're ugly and badly placed.

To move them type "/gcp lock" - this toggles the lock state.
To hide them type "/gcp config" - this allows you to select / deselect any elements you like (or don't!)

same here cant get it to Invite or follow....and cannot get it to /gcp export or /rl

For each character, click the "addons" (from WoW on the page where you choose a character). Make sure that GameCommandPro is enabled - I suspect all will then burst into life.
