Something like that is usually a permissions problem.

GCP creates a folder called GameCommanderPro in your documents folder. This should happen automatically. Check if that has been created. If not, it may be that GCP does not have the required permissions to create the folder.

GCP also creates a GameCommandPro folder in your <wow folder>/interface/addons folder. Again check this for permissions.

If neither of these solve it for you, then I suggest you get back to me on supprot chat and we work through the problem.

it comes up could not create folder and underneath it it says c:\users\phil\documents\gamecomanderpro\game support.... i checked the foladers and they are in the correct place the one in WOW and the one in documents

I sent out a bad version of the addon.gcppack file last night (works on my system or for anyone with phil as a username!) - oops

I uploaded a new file to the web.

GCP will download it automatically, but you may need to launch internet explorer and clear the browser cache. Otherwise it tends to pick up the old file for a while.
