Hi, i thought i'd double my post in this forum section.
None of the commands that are supposed to work do actually work =/ When i do /rl i get 0 commands. I can't "invite", "follow" and so on.
Setup > Things to do first - i did everything, but it didn't help.
-When i press special hotkey (like "I" for invite) i can get random windows open: inventory, skills, even FPS rate.
-When i'm asked to "click to record next key press" for "strafe left" and i press "a" it shows "A Up" (why does it contain "UP" ?)
--Same for every button (for "Follow" i have "F Up" and for "Invite" - "I Up") - could it be the issue? how do i get rid of that? =/
My GCP addon is active: i get quest chat messages, i have auto quest accept, etc.
Many thanks

Hi
Sorry about your troubles, but it sounds like you're nearly there.
The up/down stuff should not be an issue. Basically GCP records both key down and key up events (for some commands you can have it do one thing as you press a key, and another if you release it.). The default is to do nothing on a key down, but do an action on key up. For the most part, don't worry about it.
The key problem is the 0 commands loaded. Until this is fixed, nothing will work. The good news is, if your seeing 0 commands loaded, GCP is 90% working.
When you create a command in GCP (either manually or through wizards / spells etc) GCP creates a set of WoW macros in a file called GameCommandPro1.lua. When you reload, this file is read by the GCP mod. The file actually contains the macros for all characters, and the appropriate section of the file is selected based on character name.
There are two ways you can get zero commands. Here's how to test for these:
If you make a change, and GCP is active (or you activate GCP after making a change), then an "upload required" dialog appears. If you select the upload button, the file will be written.
To check that this process works:
Then check the contents:
if X == "Netank" thenLet me know the result, and we'll take it from there. It's probably a simple problem.
