I will have live support active at least the following times (EST):

Tues 27 : 15:00 - 23:00 (or 3:00pm to 11:00pm in American terms)
Wed 28 : 17:00 - 23:00
Thu 29 : 20:00 - 22:00
Fri 30 : 17:00 - 22:00
Weekend - I'm on site running a scoring system, but I should be able to be on-line most of the day, if the horse park has it's internet working or I can get a signal on my 3G card.

If you post a message, and we don't respond immediately, then be persistent, as we are sometimes AFK and don't hear the ding - but we do check frequently.

If anyone needs other times, please reply to this thread, and we'll do our best to respond.

Having trouble.. new to all this

please help

i downloaded all the updates i changed up my firewall settings a little bit and it downloads the when it says Enableing config's it just freezes up >_< ive had this problem for about a day now and i need this to work because well i paid for it so if u could please help me i would be much appreciated.

Hi

Sorry to have missed you. If you could pm me at (I use google chat), then I'll sort it for you. I sign on to this account whenever I have an internet connection (and I'm awake!).

If google chat is a problem, I can activate a microsoft chat -> (this is what the remote support points to), but I only do that by appointment - let me know when you'll be on line next if you want me to do this.

In the meantime, you might try deleting the gamecommanderpro folder in you documents folder, and running the setup again. It sounds like the setup hung 1/2 way through and GCP is confused by only having half the files present.
