I've recently bought and installed Game Commander Pro, to improve my multiboxing, but I've been unable to get it working. Upon double clicking the desktop shortcut, it brings up the loading screen, asks if i want to go to the wiki page, then gets stuck at "Downloading configuration files" and Windows reports it as not responding.

I'm running Windows 7. I've tried looking for other versions of gcp, as the only download I could find was for a beta release, but couldn't find any. I can add any further information you might need. I would appreciate the opportunity to chat to someone on live support if possible.

Hi Could you tell me if GCP

Hi

Could you tell me if GCP has created a folder called GameCommanderPro in your documents folder?

If so, could you zip up the contents and send to , then it will help me work out where it is stopping.

Also let me know when you'll be on next, and I'll make sure the remote support system is active.

Same Issue

i'm having the same issue, but it's not creating a folder in my user documents folder

You want to make sure that

You want to make sure that UAC is disabled and the computer is restarted. I know most Win7 users have already done this but just in case. UAC prevents applications from writing to the hard drive.
