I tried to use the wiki guide to get me started, as this is my first time multiboxing, and that was a terrible idea. The wiki guide makes no sense whatsoever to someone who's never seen it. However, I looked at the videos and they helped out a lot, but I can't seem to fix the settings that I have already messed up. For example, I set it up to automatically log me in to my clients at startup but I realized I don't want that now. And when I go to the setup wizard now and uncheck the Login portion, it just turns it back on. Also there are a few other things I am afraid I messed up in the Full Features mode, so is there anyway to get rid of all this? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that did nothing. I'm pretty much stuck until I get this fixed.

To reset everything, just delete the gamecommanderpro folder in your documents folder, then run the program.
We do listen, and if you have some suggestions as to how to make the wiki easier to understand, we'd be glad to.
We run the on-line support by appointment. The reason is that GCP support needs to be 24 hours (because we have customers throughout the world) and when we man support, we get about 1 session every 3 days, so it isn't very efficient that way. I'm sorry that we were not there when you needed an answer, but someone checks the forums at least every 6 hours under normal circumstances, and support e-mail is monitored constantly during 7:00am EST to 10:00 PM EST - that's our working day, and we have a pop up when a mail arrives.
