This usually means that it can't find the spells.

When you export, the information is actually written to a "save variable" file in your WTF folder. (This is the only file a mod can write to, and it is only written on a UI unload - which is why you need the /rl)

To find this file, the following information from your profile is used:

World Of Warcraft Path
Battle.Net sub account
Realm
Character Name

If any of these are incorrect, then the import won't find the spells, and this is the most usual problem for import/export (other than forgetting the /rl command) - If you could re-check these, then try again. Get back to me if it doesn't work out.

That file structure is in place as my other addon's setting are stored there. The only thing I can think of, is the sub account name is WOW2, but the folder in the WTF directory is called "111043612#2". This works for my other addons - grid, clique, pitbull, bartender etc. but maybe the issue? If so is it as simple as renaming that folder to WOW2 and reconfiguring my other addons?

That sounds like the problem.

The rename would work. There is another solution but I can't remember - I'll check with Jeremy today, as I remember he did some work on it.

I changed the name of the sub account but it had no effect. Given I only use two characters it is not that big of an issue.

A bigger issue that has arisen; Software Defender is asking me for a activation key, and not accepting my purchased one. Is this a common issue, maybe a server reset somewhere?
