I am having the same issue. I sent an Email to there support address 4 days ago and no response as of yet. Also Ive checked several times a day for there live chat support and all of them are offline. It just seems odd as I have found them to be very helpful in the past. Just wondering what to do about it at this point.

We had an issue with software defender for a few hours, and lots of people reported problems, so it was difficult to respond to everyone on an individual basis. I'm sorry I missed you.

Software defender came back after a short down time, so if you are still having issues it's something else.
