I am experiencing a the same thing that various other users are experiencing... I am posting in this forum instead of adding to another's post in the Support Archive.

Just a few minutes ago, I tried to start GCP and a Software Defender window opens and tells me "this product needs to be activated". My original activation code is already entered into the text box and I hit the "Activate" button. The computer thinks for a second and re-pops up the same "this product needs to be activated" pop-up window.

I am a long time user of GCP (purchased 9/13/2009) and don't know why it's all of a sudden re-asking for the code and then not accepting it.

In short, GCP is 100% un-usable at this time. I would love to see a fix to this as soon as possible!
