ya hi my activation code isnt working it was working a few hours ago now it says my product needs 2 be activated what the heck is going on?

Very annoying
This online activation business is acceptable only for so long as you can guarantee an almost 100% uptime. Power outage (whatever) on your location? I feel sorry for you, but that shouldn't be MY problem.
Maybe change to a verification process where the license is only being checked once a week? Or whenever your stuff is up.

Well this is the 1st time I've had this problem, Been with these guys for over a year. Very good record I'd say. And an early nite for me.
was back working a few minutes later.
I have the same issue, I think there is a problem with the software defender... their db is down :-(
