Live Support Request for chatting. I bought this and was thinking about returning it, but instead decided to push through with and learn how to use the program. I have taken about a week now learning the program and pwn shit tons of nubs in BGs with my Dual-Box hunters... Thing is, I'm still having to use in-game macros for stuff that I believe is already supported with this software. Just last night I finally got all the keyboard commands like I, F, and G to work.

Now here is my issue at hand... I select a target with my main character in pane 1, all names match up with the panes they are in, and it won't select the same target on the alts. I have tried running Full Feature Mode, Keyboard Broadcast, and Keyboard Broadcast w/ FTL and still nothing with the targetting. I have gone through the wizard and made sure that SelectTarget and SelectDPSTarget are both setup and bound to something. It still doesn't work... How can I solve this issue? Please get back to me as soon as possible.

We have also been using teamviewer for remote support.

Thanks for your patience, but something is obviously wrong, as the targeting thing should be really easy. Most of these things tend to be simple issues, so I'm confident we can fix it quickly.

i have the program up and running but im having some issues with my keybindings, im concerned i may have saved them incorrectly, f i g these keys are no longer working

Hi - not as such but you can

Hi - not as such but you can do the following.

Find the team folder (called xxx.GCP_Config - where xxx is your team name) in your documents folder. This is the team information folder.

You can delete the files saveinfoprofile.txt, savebindings.txt and mode.txt - next time you restart GCP it will reset the commands and bindings for that team.

So close

Thank you what i ended up doing was just creating another layout and started over and it worked fine, I have GCP running now and am loving it, it has breathed new life into wow for me so many thanks :) there is one issue though my secondary charecters arent interacting with questgivers and other npcs, i see the order go out in the mains chat log but the others dont respond, ive run the interact wizard and am not sure where the problem lies, any suggestions?

Hi The "interact with

Hi

The "interact with target" key needs to match (the characters need to use the same binding, and GCP needs to know what the key is).

Step by step:

  1. Check the "interact with target" key binding within WoW (it's in the key bindings amongst the target stuff) - make sure it's the same for all.
  2. Run the "interact" wizard (in full mode, click setup and find "interact") - make sure you enter the correct key.
  3. If the wizard prompts to overwrite, then do so.

This should solve the issue.
