At the prompt to start the game I selected No and now when I restart I do not get that option anymore, instead I get a "Not Linked to Game Continue" prompt. How do I get around this issue?

Deleting the file resolved
Deleting the file resolved the issue. Thank You!
At startup GCP will try to find the WoW windows that were open in its last run. If it finds those windows it will not prompt to run WoW. Two was to make it ask you again are:
1) Make sure no copies of WoW are running.
2) Delete the file C:\GameCommanderPro\ProfileName_GCP.Config\WindowHandles.txt (This is where GCP stores info between sessions).
